Color as a search for a historical identity for the redevelopment of the urban landscape
BIANCHETTIARCHITETTURA, thanks to the many experiences gained in the study and planning of color in the built environment, is in charge of drafting the new Color Plan of the City of Borgosesia (VC), with the task of regulating the environmental redevelopment and urban regeneration of the Capital and its hamlets. The problem that architectural culture is facing today is no longer the expansion phase of construction but the management of the existing building heritage, its requalification in terms of recovery and rehabilitation. Alongside the structural recovery of the buildings, it is therefore also necessary to address the chromatic project of the city as a tool for understanding and enhancing the architectural and typological characteristics of urban buildings.
