Conservation and reinterpretation
The real estate unit restructuring architectural project has privileged the objective of conservation and reuse of the existing historical, differentiating it from the integrative interventions that adopt a contemporary language. This objective has been implemented by adopting, in both the formal solutions and in those of matter, forms and materials capable of minimizing and "lighten" the visual impact of the new volume, as well as to integrate in an appropriate manner both with the surrounding environment, and with the 'existing building. Inside the insertion of the functional structures of the new floors and stairs adopt a contemporary language, in dialectical confrontation with the existing.
