A hub of urban regeneration

Republic Square in Varese is a place of strategic importance of the urban fabric next to the original historical core. Objective of the project is the introduction of functions of excellence and urban quality, for a virtuous cycle of conversion of the interests gravitating. Towards it the Theatre can be the central element of this urban renewal program: it is generated by sectors which rotate around the axes of the scenic tower and shape its singular architecture. The areas of the facade of the building and the composition mark, extending up to the attack on the ground, create public paths that extend the viability of public space up to the roofing terraces.
