The architectural renovation project of the real estate unit involved the transformation of some common areas, stripping the entire housing unit in which a real independent apartment was created. Within the existing environments, new tailor-made spaces have been created, enriched through the use of different materials.

The common denominator is the wood-effect flooring that extends throughout the entire housing unit. The contemporary language adopted to designate the spaces involved the use of innovative pvc-free wallpapers (by Foliae Surfaces) that characterize the main domestic environments.

The apartment of only 65 square meters is the result of a study of materials and colors, which can be translated into the aesthetic perception and functions of “made-to-measure” domestic spaces. The new interiors have a serene atmosphere, achieved using a limited and selected palette of high quality materials that generate a minimalist and uncluttered interior environment with comfortable and inviting spaces.
