A collection of easy, quick and creative recipes
I am convinced that I am an architect who usually deals with the themes of creativity, experimentation and know-how.
"If you throw a stone into the pond, it produces concentric ripples that furrow the placid surface of the water; but if these waves meet a new element (a reed sticking out of the pond, a boat, a branch ...) they change and a new situation arises from this meeting "*: so in my work I often insert creative elements that want to move consolidated situations.
In dealing with the kitchen I wanted to transfer the same approach methodology. My passion for cooking explodes by chance: after attending various restaurants and getting passionate, tasting the dishes, to guess the ingredients and their preparation, on a rainy Sunday I found myself in my hands a pumpkin and from there I started to think how to cook it without having to repeat the usually boring (and unattractive) soups.
A cheeky pumpkin escaped my neighbor's crop and invaded my land. My nice neighbor told me “you keep it, I have others, maybe too many, I don't know what to do with it”. Accomplice on a rainy Sunday I opened the fridge and collected what I found there and which seemed useful to me for the purpose of cooking it, and in addition I added creativity: I tried mixing and daring unusual combinations and the result was encouraging.
Hence the desire to continue, to try, to experiment, but since I’m technically lacking and usually hasty and anxious to achieve a result, the recipes had to be easy to make and with a limited group of ingredients. In order not to lose track of what I did I started writing them and, therefore, here it is My cookbook. Easy, creative and simple: like saying "If I can do it ..."
