SUMMER SPRITZ

Blend the seedless watermelon pulp until you get a liquid mixture. Strain the liquid. Put ice, 1/3 of watermelon liquid, 1/3 of Prosecco D.O.C., 1/3 of sparkling water and a little sugar and licorice syrup in a large cup. Serve with a mint leaf.

AVOCADO GIN

Blend the avocado pulp with a little mineral water to obtain a smooth cream. In a tall Tumbler glass, add a lot of ice, a spoonful of pureed avocado cream, a splash of sugar and licorice syrup, a measure of Gin Classic. Fill with sparkling cedar. Stir and serve with a sprig of rosemary.
