The construction work of the new nursery school in Invorio (NO) starts on Monday 11th September. The new center dedicated to "little" citizens will be built in the area of ​​the current “Giovanni Curioni Infant Nursery”, near the historical center, a few steps from the city administrative center.

The opening of the construction site was preceded, on Friday 8th September, by an inauguration ceremony with the laying of the first stone by the mayor Flavio Pelizzoni and the blessing of the Parish Priest Don Marco and the presentation of the project by the Arch . Fabrizio Bianchetti.

The new nursery school, designed by the group led by BIANCHETTIARCHITETTURA SA, fits respectfully into the historical context of the Curioni nursery school park. The project, distributed on a single level, defines a technically advanced nZEB building with particular attention to sustainability. Great attention also to the theme of light and nature, guaranteeing large spaces illuminated directly by natural light and with overhangs and overlooking the most naturalistic part of the town. Finally, a specific project has been developed for the furnishing of the internal spaces, with ad hoc solutions for "little" users, with sensory parts that stimulate imagination and creativity.

The project received the contribution from the Ministry of Education as part of the PNRR -Mission 4- Education and research - Component 1- Strengthening the offer of education-investment services 1.1 "Plan for nurseries and nursery schools and services of education and care for early childhood".
