Conservative restoration of Villa Nigra

The complex is located in the center of Miasino, next to the Municipal building, and develops to the south as a villa opening onto a large garden. It takes its name from the family that became its owner in the 1800s. It is a valuable construction of the late sixteenth century commissioned by the Martellis, lords of Miasino and later (seventeenth century) expanded and completed.

The intervention of the general project involves the conservative restoration of a building of high historical and architectural value, and its reuse with destinations compatible with its value.

The intervention carried out concerns the recovery of a part of the ground floor mainly aimed at  its the functional recovery as regards the halls both with a socio-cultural and tourist functions. In particular it concerns the recovery and restoration of the "billiard room" with the creation of a room to be used as office / reception / bookshop / information point for the territory and the restoration of the "fireplace room" with the creation of an exhibition hall not only for exhibitions but also for presentations and training courses.
