A leaning building on the panorama of the lake

The new building is located in a land lying on a steep slope. Volumetrically the design intervention consists of three distinct, but closely related, buildings: a "vertical" bastion, airy "suspended" balcony and a third more modest block, located at the highest level and set back. The project aims to fit harmoniously into the environment, by adopting forms and materials that minimize the visual impact of the new volume, and integrate properly with the surrounding environment.
